The Author

Many people encouraged me to write a self-help book. Instead, this story  illustrates how a man and a woman navigate the inevitable life challenges that shape us all. While these characters are unique, they face issues common to everyone.  

While living in the Blue Ridge Mountains, enjoying the seasonal vistas, walking paths through the woods, caring for my family and our animals, I’ve also dwelled in the world of Eva and Adam. I hope their struggles with sex, relationships, and religion will make Light My Fire useful to you.
